Accessibility – my digital harbor for everyone

This site is like a virtual sanctuary: open to everyone, whatever the weather, with well-lit piers and clear signs.
Whether you're traveling on a large sailing boat, a small rowing boat, or a digital catamaran, you'll find solid ground under your feet here.
I make sure that no planks are rotten: texts are understandable, images speak with alt text, and all paths are accessible even with the keyboard.
Sometimes there are still construction sites — new piers being built. If you notice something that makes you lurch:
Send me a digital message in a bottle to alexandra.vysotskaya@nderum.de.
Together we keep this harbor stable and inviting — for you, for me, for all of us.
Ethics
I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the German Coaching Association (DFC). This framework supports my approach: respectful, transparent, and responsible.
Confidentiality, self-determination and the dignity of my clients are my top priority.
For me, this code is not a set of rules – but an inner attitude that guides my actions.
